REFUND POLICY

Donations
- Refunds on Donations: Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of technical errors (such as duplicate transactions). If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the donation.
- Refund Requests: Refund requests due to technical errors or other valid reasons can be submitted by emailing us at info@nuctrust.org.in or by calling +91 7672038256. We will process your request within 10-15 business days after verification.
- Receipt of Refund: Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 15-20 working days.
Events or Services
If you have registered for an event or availed of a service that requires a payment, and the event/service is cancelled or postponed, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the event cancellation to request a refund.
